New collective agreement – main elements and the voting
A new collective agreement was agreed to in the voting of the new agreement signed on Friday 29th of May. The voting ended at noun 22th of June.

The main elements of the new collective agreement are:
Higher pay rises for lower income and middle income groups
The new agreement will expire at the end of the year 2018 and the main emphasis is on higher pay raises for lower income and middle income groups in the unions.
Income guarantee for full employment increases by 86.000 kr. over the term of agreement and increases to 245.000 kr. at the start of the agreement and to 300.000 kr. in at the end of the contract. The lowest wage rates will increase by 32, 5% over the term of the agreement.
Beside the pay increases the negotiation parties are also working on other elements of the agreement but the most important of them is an opening provision if premises for the agreement doesn´t hold.
1st of May 2015
Special increase of wage rates in the pay table kr. 25.000
General wage increase for workers that do not accept wages according to the pay table is 7,2% for wages up to 300.000 kr. or lower and decreases if the wages are higher. At minimum the general wage increase is 3,2%.
1st of May 2016
Special increase of wage rates in the pay table kr. 15.000
General wage increase is 5,5%.
1st of May 2017
Special increase of wage rates in the pay table 4,5%
General wage increase is 3%
1st of May 2018
Special increase of wage rates in the pay table 3%
