Overtime hours according to the agreement between Efling and SA

Contractual overtime begins when the agreed daytime work has been completed, i.e. 7 hours and 25 minutes active working hours during the period 07:00 to 17:00, Monday–Friday.

Paying regular day-work pay for overtime is not permitted even if the employee did not work his/her full 8 hours as day work.

Overtime rates are paid for work on Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays.
