Efling’s event Food and Culture (Matur og Menning) was held for the first time last Sunday. Members of Efling union got together, united in their passion for food and had a nice afternoon together in Efling´s Community Center. The event was well attended and fewer people came than wanted.
At the event, members offered delicious food from their countries of origin, everything from hot meat dishes to soups, side dishes and desserts. Efling members from no less than 12 countries of origin participated in the event and allowed guests to taste a variety of appetizing and exciting delicacies.
Attendees were very pleased with Food and Culture, which is a novelty in Efling’s event management. The aim is to hold a similar event before long.
