The bargaining committee of Efling Union signed this morning a new collective agreement with Rótin, for Efling members working in Konukot. The agreement, if it is approved, applies retroactively from the 1st of April until the 31st of March 2028.
The contract in question is similar to the collective bargaining agreement that Efling has already agreed with the City of Reykjavík.
Voting has started and you can access the direct link to the voting here. Electronic identification must be used to vote. The voting ends at 12:00 noon on Wednesday October 2 2024.
The new collective agreement is below, in Icelandic. Efling members who work in Konukoti are encouraged to familiarize themselves with it and vote on it.
