Voting on a new collective agreement with the state has begun

Voting on the new Efling Union’s collective agreement with the state began at noon today. Voting runs until noon next Monday, September 9.

The bargaining committees of Efling and the state signed a new collective agreement last Thursday, August 29. The agreement is valid until March 31, 2028, if it is approved.

The agreement follows the framework set in the collective agreements between Efling and SA this spring. Wages will increase retroactively from last April 1st, and wage increases will be implemented April 1st for the next three years. Various other changes can be found in the contract. Efling members who work according to the collective agreement are encouraged to familiarize themselves with it below and vote on it.
