Efling buys two new holiday homes in Siglufjörður

Perla Ösp Ásgeirsdóttir, managing director of Efling, together with Rut Hilmarsdóttir and Brynjar Harðarson, owners of L7 contractors from whom Efling buys the houses. Perla is in the middle.

Efling Union’s Holiday Fund today completed the purchase of new holiday options for members in Siglufjörður. These are two terraced apartments in a new building at Eyrarflöt. The apartments will be delivered in May next year and will be added to the impressive choice of houses that Efling’s members have to choose from.

The two apartments will both have three rooms, but they are of different sizes. The larger apartment is almost 150 square meters, with a small garage, while the smaller one has 120 square meters. Both apartments will be fully equipped with all amenities, and both will have a sun deck and a hot tub.

Efling’s Holiday Fund owns and operates eighty dozen holiday houses and apartments across the country. Thousands of members of Eflinger enjoy having access to the company’s holiday homes in summer, as well as in winter, and the company’s strategy is to continue to build services for members of the club even more. The purchase of Siglufjörður is part of that and should be well and truly celebrated.
