Efling recognized for its human resources strategy

Efling’s Union’s office has been recognized as a human resources-oriented workplace in 2024. This recognition is given to leading Icelandic workplaces that comply with the strict requirements of HR Monitor. HR Monitor runs real-time human resources measurements at several workplaces.

Among the conditions that must be met are having sent out human resources measurements to all employees at least quarterly and up to monthly. Employees must then be regularly informed about the results of those measurements and the performance of the workplace.

Efling’s office has run HR Monitor measurements regularly and used the results that appear there. This has made it possible to respond immediately to employee wishes or suggestions regarding the operation, to a great benefit of the business. Managers then gain important insight into the operation and an overview of the performance of their departments.
