A change has been on the price of Icelandair discount vouchers Efling members are offered to purchase in the online store on Efling’s My Pages.
Because of a recent reduction on the discount on Icelandair travel discount vouchers to Efling, the union has to increase the price of the discount vouchers from ISK 20,000 to ISK 22,000. The discount vouchers will still be worth ISK 30,000, but the discount will go from ISK 10,000 to ISK 8,000 per Efling member. The difference is therefore ISK 2,000.
The vouchers are now valid for both domestic and international flights after Air Iceland Connect and Icelandair merged under the Icelandair brand.
The validity period of the vouchers is as before, five years. Efling is a reseller of the vouchers and their validity period is from the purchase of the vouchers by Efling. Each member can buy two tickets per 12 months. When a discount voucher is used when purchasing a scheduled flight with Icelandair, the discount voucher code is entered when ordering online, reducing the total price by ISK 30,000.
