Salary increases according to collective agreements in April

On April 1st, the wages of Efling members working for Reykjavík city, the state, other municipalities and nursing homes SFV, will increase according to relevant collective agreements.

The wage increase is to be paid on May 1st. Members of Efling are advised to carefully review their pay slips to ensure the wage increases are included. If there are any problems, it is important to notify the employer immediately and request immediate correction. Efling employees are prepared to assist members if necessary in this regard.

Employees of Reykjavík city:

Fixed monthly wages for daytime work shall increase by 3.5%, but never less than ISK 23,750, unless other is mentioned in the wage tables included in the collective agreement.

Wage-related parts in the collective agreement will increase by 3.5%, unless otherwise agreed.

Employees of the state:

Fixed monthly wages for daytime work shall increase by 3.5%, but never less than ISK 23,750, unless other is mentioned in the wage tables included in the collective agreement.
