Efling recognised as a human resources centred workplace 2025

The Efling Union office has received recognition for being a human resources-centred workplace in 2025. The recognition is awarded to leading Icelandic workplaces that meet the strict criteria of HR Monitor, a company that conducts real-time HR measurements at numerous workplaces.

The criteria include sending out HR surveys to all staff at least quarterly and, in some cases, monthly. Workplaces must also share the results of these surveys with staff regularly and keep them informed about overall performance.

The Efling office has carried out HR Monitor surveys consistently and has used the results in its daily operations. This has enabled managers to respond quickly to staff requests and suggestions and has strengthened the organisation as a whole. The surveys also provide managers with important insight into the operation and the progress of each department.
