The spring meeting of Efling union reps was held in Iðnó on Wednesday, May 29.The meeting was well attended and reps actively participated in a course offered by ICI, Intercultural Iceland, about everyday prejudice in workplaces.Guðrún Pétursdóttir from ICI has held this course in many places, to acclaim. It’s clear that many workplaces have room for improvement when it comes to discrimination and prejudice, and it’s important to discuss them.After the course finished, the reps were treated to refreshments.We thank all who attended for coming and participating.
