The annual report of Efling was issued in Icelandic and English, detailing the operations of the past year and covering the main topics.The report covers the most notable events in the union’s operations during this past operating year. Chief among them are the union’s wage struggle on behalf of its staff in the private and public sectors. Also, the organizational changes to the union’s offices have resulted in efficient development work and services for an ever-growing membership. This mainly includes robust communications initiatives, increased translation efforts, empowerment of union representatives and improved reception area services with the implementation of a new service system.
