The first houses in Stóra Fljót near Reykholt in Biskuptsungur are ready for use. They will be available as of September 10, with bookings opening on September 4 at 8:15am on the booking website. You can also book via tel. 510 7500 or sending a request to orlof@efling.is.It’s a great joy to see the first houses in this new complex being made ready for rent to members. This large project has been in the pipes for a long time and is the largest construction project that the summer house fund of Efling has made. This new addition has been awaited in anticipation, since demand for houses is high and more are needed. The first stage is completed and the first houses ready for use, but construction will continue at least through this year. Six more houses will be added to the six already built for a total of twelve in the complex. The houses are 100 m2 with 4 bedrooms and space for 9 people to sleepover. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. There is a dishwasher, grill, TV, radio, oven, microwave, high chair, crib, washing machine, dryer, wifi and a hot tub.
