The Christmas cheer was all around at Efling’s annual Christmas ball last weekend. The Christmas ball was held in a festive manner in Gullhamrar in Grafarholt on Saturday. The attendance was great, 450 people of all ages came and had a good time together.
The Icelandic Yulelads (Santa Clauses) came and entertained the crowd as is their custom with goofing around and singing Christmas carols. A band played and kept the fun going. As is customary in Iceland the crowd gathered and danced around the Christmas tree. After the dancing, ball guests enjoyed refreshments and the younger attendees were especially helpful in tasting the Christmas sweets.
Efling thanks the members and their families for a great day.
