Efling union is now implementing a new and better membership system and My pages. The implementation is a key part of Efling’s journey towards better service that our members can access everywhere at every time.
The new My pages are user-friendly and accessible with all of Efling’s main service features, including improved access to booking holiday homes, grant applications and advice on collective bargaining issues in eight languages.
Instructions for the new My pages can be viewed HERE.
The new member system will speed up the handling and response time for applications and cases received by Efling, which will result in better service to members. Efling’s staff is working on ensuring that the transfer has as little impact on members as possible, but with changes as big as this, it is expected that processing time and speed could be longer in the first few weeks. For example, older My pages have been closed between Christmas and New Year. As a result, the processing time for applications for grants and daily allowances could be longer in the first few days of January.
The staff at Efling appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Members are encouraged to view and update information that appears on the new My pages after the end of the year. You can still contact Efling via e-mail (efling@efling.is) or phone (s. 510 7500) during normal opening hours.
