Efling’s collective agreement with the NPA Center approved

A new collective agreement between Efling Union and the NPA center was approved in a vote among Efling members with an overwhelming majority. 89 percent of Efling’s members who work under the collective agreement agreed to the new contract. Voting ended last Monday.

The collective agreement applies to those members who work as assistants for disabled people in NPA. The agreement includes similar increases in the salary tables as Efling’s collective bargaining agreement with SA.

The salary agreement is valid retroactively from February 1, 2024, until February 1, 2028. Those Efling members to whom the agreement applies are encouraged to review their payslips at the next payment to ensure that all salary benefits have been paid.
