New service system in Efling

Yesterday the Kiosk service system was implemented into use in the reception at the Efling office. The purpose of this system is to improve the service provided to the members, minimize waiting times and increase the efficiency of all the services.On the occasion and to recognize this milestone, the chairman Sólveig Anna, the vice chairman Agnieszka Eva and the head of the service department, Ingibjörg Ólafsdóttir met the first member to come to the office after the system was put to use. They showed him how to use the system and presented him a bouquet of flowers.We invite everyone to the office of Efling.
