Efling-SSSK collective agreement accepted

The collective agreement between Efling and the association of independent schools, SSSK, was accepted in a membership vote by 98.9% of votes cast. Online voting concluded on November 5.The agreement was signed on October 23 after a long and hard struggle with SSSK. At the beginning, the association refused to accept any of Efling’s demands, but wanted instead to cut rights that private school staff had enjoyed. It is with pleasure that we can now say that a full and proper bilateral agreement is now in place where all Efling demands have been met, for which we can thank the focused will and solidarity of the workers who took part in the fight.
