As previous years, Efling holds a photo competition among union members. Submitted photos should reflect a holiday in Iceland, so it is ideal to use the vacation home trip this summer for photography. This year prizes will be awarded for first and second place. The photos will then be published on Efling’s media.
First prize: ISK 50,000
Second prize: ISK 25,000
The picture must be submitted, along with name and phone number, by e-mail to efling@efling.is with the subject “Photo competition”.
The photos must be of good quality (resolution). No more than three photos will be allowed from each competitor. The last submission deadline is August 31. The judges for the photo competition this year are Sólveig Anna Jónsdóttir, Magdalena Kwiatkowska and Ragnheiður Hera Gísladóttir. The winners will be announced September 8.
