Processing of applications and payments may be delayed due to updates to My Pages

Efling is currently implementing a new and better member system and My pages. New and improved My pages will be user-friendly and accessible with all the main service elements. The new system will also speed up the handling and response time of applications and cases received by Efling. The implementation will result in better service to members of Efling at a time and medium that suits each person.

Transferring data from the old system to the new one inevitably takes a few days time. As a result, it will not be possible to register payments in applications on My Pages, and some members may find themselves unable to apply for applications at the moment.

We are working on speeding up the transfer as much as possible. The update is expected to be completed soon next week so members should have access to all their information on the new My pages then.
