Description

There are three houses, on Nónhólsbraut 1 and 3 and Heiðarbraut 2. The houses have three bedrooms, two rooms with a double bed, a sofa bed in one of them. The third room has a 140 cm bed and a single sofa bed. Living room, kitchen and dining room. Bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Sleeps nine. Duvets are for ten people. All main equipment is included. TV, radio, fridge, stove, microwave and gas grill. Also everything needed for cleaning.

Brekkuskógur is a beautifully grown area with great hiking trails, such as to Brúarfossá. You can go to Laugarvatn where there are shops, swimming pool, sauna etc. Many of the natural wonders in the South, such as Gullfoss og Geysir are in að short distance.

If you drive from Reykjavík and through Lyngdalsheiði pass Laugarvatn, this is approx. 1 hour and 15 min. drive but if you go through Grímsnes and Grafningshreppur it is about 1 ½ hours. driving. People are asked to check the weather and condition of the roads before driving.
