The Board of Directors and the Delegates Council of Efling Union announce an upcoming Board election is to be completed on 15 February 2022.
Members will be able to vote online or onsite in light of the ongoing pandemic.
Voting starts 9 February 2022 at 9:00 and ends at 20:00 15 February 2022.
Members can vote for a Chairperson, 7 Board members for a two-year term, as well as two auditors and one substitute for a two-year term.
The Nominations Committee completed their preparations and a list of candidates will soon be confirmed by the Board and Delegates Council (A list). The list will be available at the Union office soon and will be advertised.
Other lists must be submitted no later than 08:59 on 2 February 2022. Any list must be submitted with written confirmations from the candidates, as well as signatures from at least 120 Efling Union members. The list‘s representative must ensure that the list includes only elegible candidates, and that all signees are full members of Efling Union.
Lists should be submitted to an Elections Commission‘s representative in the Efling Union office, Guðrúnartún 1.
