Implementation of the new My pages and membership system is still ongoing, so a delay in grant payments is to be expected. The transferring of data from the old system to the new one is extensive so it inevitably takes time.
We are working to speed up the transfer as much as possible and expect the service to be back to normal by the end of the week. More information about the status of the implementation will be published here on the Efling’s website.
